岗位职责
1.参与公司自研平台相关产品需求评估，根据功能需求制定团队开发计划；
2.参与技术团队的方案设计和系统评审工作，对复杂系统进行技术把控；
3.参与后端服务开发的全部工作，包括设计、编码、测试、维护和优化等；
4.参与收集、整理、撰写和维护相关技术文档；
5.自主协同团队开发计划，保证代码/文档交付质量。
岗位要求
1.统招本科及以上学历，计算机、数学相关专业；
2.具备3-5年以上Java开发经验（不含校内项目）；
3.精通Java语言，熟练掌握网络编程、多线程开发技术；
4.熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、负载均衡等机制和实现；
5.熟悉常用数据库软件(MySQL,acle, SQL SERVER)的使用，对数据库的优化有一定的理解；
6.具备良好的沟通合作技巧，较强的责任心及团队合作精神。有创业精神，有比较强的抗压能力；
