一、岗位职责
1、负责专业人才培养方案的制作、修订工作。
2、负责人工智能相关课程（含理论、实训、项目实战）的大纲设计、课件编写、实训案例开发及教学资源（如习题、课件ppt、教学案例、实训任务手册、微课视频等），确保课程内容兼具技术前沿性和岗位适配性。
3、将产业经验转化为教学资源，设计实验及实训内容。
4、根据教学需要，改进教学方法，更新教学大纲，教学案例开发更新升级，完善教学案例、教学资料及其他教学内容。
5、跟踪大数据、AI技术及市场趋势，确保教研体系专业性与时效性。
6、对教学资源收集、开发、整理、维护等工作。
7、公司安排的其他任务。
二、任职资格
1、统招本科及以上学历（优秀者可放宽），计算机、软件、信息等相关专业；
2、具有较强编程能力，熟练使用python，熟练NumPy/Pandas/Matplotlib/Seaborm等工具的使用；
3、熟悉机器学习框架及常见算法（如逻辑回归、SVM、神经网络等）；
4、熟悉至少一种深度学习框架，如Tensorflow或PyTorch等；
5、具备人工智能相关的项目开发经验，有推荐系统、语音、计算机视觉、NLP和智能项目相关经验优先；
6、熟练制作PPT课件、案例库、习题库，具备教学教研协调能力；
