2、熟练掌握Spring、SpringBoot，MyBatis等框架，Redis、Kafka、Zookeeper、Spark、Flink等中间件，研究过优秀开源软件的源码优先。
3、有分布式系统开发和设计以及性能、可靠性、稳定性优化相关经验者优先。
4、精通常用的linux命令，熟悉大数据相关组件使用、优化优先。
5、具备良好的团队精神和沟通意识，责任心强，工作认真细致，有良好的抗压能力。
6、思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题；有很强的自学能力，喜欢钻研技术。
