1、生产流程优化：生产线流程梳理与分析，识别生产瓶颈，运用 IE 工具制定优化方案，提升生产流程顺畅度与整体效率；
2、效率提升与产能规划：建立生产线产能核算模型，定期统计 OEE（设备综合效率）、人均产能、线体平衡率等关键指标，通过作业标准化、工时优化、人员配置调整等方式，实现产能提升与效率改善；
3、标准工时与作业标准化：制定各工序标准工时，建立工时数据库，动态更新与维护；编制标准化作业指导书（SOP），规范员工操作流程，减少人为失误，确保生产过程一致性；
4、成本控制与浪费改善：识别生产过程中的各类浪费（如物料浪费、时间浪费、能源浪费等），制定成本控制措施，通过工艺优化、物料消耗管控、设备能耗降低等方式，降低单位生产成本；
5、生产线布局与物流优化：参与车间生产线布局规划与调整，优化物料流转路径，减少搬运距离与搬运次数；设计合理的在制品存储区域与方式，控制在制品库存，提升物流周转效率；
6、数据统计与改善分析：建立 IE 数据统计体系，定期收集生产效率、成本、质量等相关数据，运用统计分析工具为管理层决策提供数据支撑；
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，理工科专业，3年以上IE经验；
2、熟练CAD画图，熟练IE工具，有工厂规划、产线layout、产能提升、精益降本改善经验优先；
3、熟悉产品生产工艺，统筹编制产品量产预算及资源请购；能挖掘产品生产成本改善项目，并组织实施；
4、优秀的抗压及沟通能力、降本增效意识，有较强的责任心。
