3. 搭建数据仓库架构，开发关键业务BI报表（销售分析、库存分析、财务分析、供应链分析等），支撑管理层决策
4. 充分利用AI工具与开源资源辅助数据分析、报表开发与数据可视化，提升数据服务响应效率
5. 构建企业知识库体系，包括知识分类、内容沉淀、检索机制与更新维护流程
6. 建立数据服务响应机制，承接业务部门的数据查询、分析与报表定制需求
7. 为AI项目提供数据准备、数据清洗与特征工程支持
8. 配合进行流程数据沉淀与数据分析，为流程优化提供数据依据
9. 协同应用开发工程师完成数据接口的验证与数据质量监控
10. 及时完成上级交办的其他工作
【任职资格】
教育：
本科及以上学历，统计学、数据科学、信息管理、数学、计算机科学等相关专业
经验：
1. 2年以上数据分析或数据运营经验，有跨系统数据整合经验者优先
2. 有BI报表开发与数据仓库建设经验者优先
3. 熟悉用友U8、百胜E3、有赞、WMS等系统数据结构者优先
4. 有家纺、零售、制造行业数据分析经验者优先
技能：
1. 精通SQL，具备多源数据抽取、清洗、整合与建模能力
2. 熟练使用BI工具进行数据可视化与报表开发
3. 善于使用AI工具辅助数据分析、SQL编写、报表开发与数据可视化
4. 具备利用开源数据工具、模板与资源提升工作效率的意识与能力
5. 了解数据治理方法论（数据标准、数据质量、主数据管理、数据生命周期）
6. 熟悉ERP、零售、电商等业务系统的数据结构与业务流程
7. 具备知识库建设与管理能力
8. 具备良好的业务理解能力与报告撰写能力
