1、职责范围内临床项目的全面管理：项目计划制定、进度跟踪、质量控制和管理工作；
2、筛选和管理临床试验项目，确保项目严格按照方案、SOP和相关法规进行；
3、做好临床稽查管理工作，必要时需要去临床中心进行数据稽查：
4、从临床医学角度对公司立项筛选品种进行评估。
5、有效地识别和沟通正在进行的项目、问题和风险的状态，这些可能会影响临床试验和项目进度的关键路径。
6、审查替代方案，提供必要的研究具体行动，以获得可靠的研究成本、人员编制战略和时间预测。
7、负责临床项目的外部沟通和协调。
8、在试验阶段的文件中维护和存档。
9、开展学习培训，并在适当的时候协调/提供培训。
10、其他相关工作

任职要求：
1、具有临床医学、护理学、生物医药技术等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、要求5年以上相关工作经验，掌握临床试验项目的专业知识，熟悉GCP、SOP及相关医疗器械临床研究的法律法规；
3、熟练使用计算机进行操作，具有良好的组织和沟通能力，能建立有效的人际沟通；
4、英语口语熟练；
5、能适应出差，具有良好的时间管理能力；
6、有积极的工作态度和良好的团队合作精神，沟通和管理能力强。
