岗位职责
1、参与AI产品或服务后端开发，基于Python（Flask/Django/FastAPI）构建高可用API
2、预处理处理结构化/非结构化数据，熟练使用SQL（MySQL/PostgreSQL）及NoSQL（MongoDB/Redis）进行数据存储与缓存优化；
3、开发自动化数据生产流程，熟悉Pandas/Numpy等工具库，支持特征工程与数据清洗需求；
4、参与设计基于LLM的智能体架构，开展任务规划、对话管理、意图识别、知识库构建等核心模块开发；
5、与产品经理、前端、算法团队紧密协作，完成从需求分析到系统设计、编码实现和上线维护的全流程工作；

任职要求：
1、具备2年及以上工作经验
2、精通Python，熟悉Linux开发环境及Shell脚本编写:
3、有生成式AI应用开发经验，熟悉智能体、RAG、LangChain、向量数据库等技术者优先，熟悉prompt工程
4、掌握Web后端开发技术栈(如Flask/Django等)，具备完整项目经验
5、熟悉云原生技术(Docker/K8s)，能独立完成服务部署;
6、对 AI 技术感兴趣，愿意深入学习 LLM、Agent 架构、RAG、Workflow 等相关技术。
