熟练在其上进行常规操作；至少熟悉两种以上应用服务器，能安装配置，发布应用系统以及初步配置调优等；对于操作系统和应用服务器可根据日志信息进行常规的故障处理；
熟练使用Eclipse/MyEclipse、IDEA、UltraEdit/EditPlus、Git/SVN、建模工具、数据库客户端工具；
对前台后台所常使用的技术、框架等有深刻理解，可运用于实际工作；具有较好的代码结构规划能力，在实际工作中可对初级人员代码编写提供指导；能针对技术上的重大的问题提出初步解决方案，并能根据方案及时解决实际问题；
至少掌握SQLServer、DB2、Oracle、MySql等常用数据库的一种，能根据实际情况进行数据库的优化设计；对数据库优化有较多了解，知道常见配置参数优化方法等；能优化性能较差的SQL语句，编写存储过程；熟悉数据库性能监控方式，能监控数据库常见性能指标情况。

能够遵守软件公司的各项规章制度，能够严格遵守软件公司的信息安全管理规定。
