（1）职位描述
1、参与公司系统的基础设施建设，包括架构设计、开发交付；
2、参与项目需求分析、设计工作，规划并实现功能模块和接口；
3、编写包含架构设计方案、技术标准等相应的文档；
4、解决工程项目中遇到的问题，进行系统性能优化、
5、按计划完成功能模块的功能设计、代码实现，代码编写和单元测试；
（2）任职要求
1、正规统招本科及以上学历，5-10年开发经验；
2、Java基础扎实，熟悉Java常用框架及常用设计模式，对多态、反射、泛型等基础知识有深刻认识和应用；
3、深刻理解云原生技术，精通SpringCloud微服务体系，熟练掌握SpringBoot的开发，熟悉主流中间件Redis、ES、Kafka、MQ等使用；
4、精通分布式缓存、消息队列的使用，有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计开发经验，具备丰富的性能调优经验；
5、熟悉常用数据库 MySQL、PostgreSQL等; 具备数据库性能优化经验尤佳；
6、良好的学习和沟通能力，责任心强，能够独立并有效解决问题；
7、有较好的业务意识，能够对负责业务系统进行业务分析和建模；
8、有高并发、高可用系统设计和开发经验者优先；
9、有大型项目经验或团队管理经验优先；
10、有航空、智能驾驶、智慧城市、物联网、大数据系统软件设计开发工作经验优先。
