3、熟悉常见设计模式，熟悉Spring MVC，MyBatis/IBatis等流行开源框架；

4、精通MySQL开发，熟悉数据库原理及常用优化技术；

5、精通Nosql缓存、消息队列、搜索引擎，如：Redis、kafka、Elasticsearch等；

6、擅长系统分析与设计、代码重构，有大型项目基础及应用架构设计经验；

7、熟悉大流量、高并发、高性能的分布式系统的设计及应用，擅长性能调优者优先；

8、具备一定的英语听说能读写能力；

9、全栈技术专家加分；

10、有交易相关经验加分。
