岗位职责：
流程分析与优化：深入生产现场，分析全流程，识别瓶颈与浪费，设计并实施优化方案以提高整体生产效率。
标准制定与工时管理：测定各工序的标准作业时间，制定劳动和物料消耗定额，建立和维护标准工时数据库，作为效率评估与成本核算的基础。
系统规划与布局设计：参与工厂或车间布局设计，优化设备、人员与物料流动路径；负责或参与生产线设计、工装夹具改良。
精益推进与成本控制：主导或参与精益改善项目，推广精益生产理念与方法，消除浪费，并进行生产成本（人工、物料、能耗）的分析与控制。
数据分析与项目管理：建立生产数据收集系统，运用数据分析工具输出改善报告；

任职要求：
1、具备钣金相关领域的专业知识，熟悉IE常用方法与工具；
2、能够熟练运用流程分析、工时测定等技术进行系统优化；
3、具有较强的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力；
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能有效推动跨部门协作；
