【岗位职责】
1.负责后端服务的需求分析、设计、编码、测试与上线维护，保证系统稳定性与扩展性。
2.参与业务模块开发，完成接口设计、逻辑实现、数据交互与性能优化。
负责数据库设计、SQL 编写与优化，保证数据安全、高效、可靠。
3.与前端、测试、产品协作，完成联调、问题排查、版本迭代与线上故障处理。
4.遵循代码规范，编写单元测试，提升代码质量与可维护性。
5.参与技术方案评审、架构优化、中间件使用与系统稳定性建设。
【任职要求】
1.计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历
2.扎实掌握 Java 基础，熟练使用主流开发框架。
3.良好的责任心、沟通学习能力、自我驱动能力。
4.熟悉 MySQL/PQSql 等数据库，能编写高效 SQL，了解索引、事务、锁机制。
5.了解常用中间件：Redis、MQ、Elasticsearch、Nacos 等优先。
6.熟悉 Maven/Git、接口调试、Linux 基本操作。
7.具备良好的逻辑思维、问题排查能力、责任心与团队协作意识。
