4 .熟悉MySQL数据库，对数据库事务、锁、索引有较好理解；
5. 熟悉Redis、MongoDB、zookeeper、dubbo 等；
6. 具备逻辑推理思维和分析问题能力，客观开放，自我驱动，良好的团队协作能力。
加分项：
1、有信贷类产品开发经验优先；
2、有项目管理经验优先；
3、理解 AI 能力边界，能判断需求是否适合用 AI 解决（如分类、生成、预测等）；
4、熟悉 AI 产品逻辑：如 ChatGPT 的 prompt 设计、A/B 测试指标；
