职位概述：
我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的Android团队协调者或技术管理者，协调Android项目开发，并协助美国总部负责人推进核心项目的交付。您将成为中美团队之间的关键桥梁，负责协调音频、视频、Android Framework、BSP等多模块开发工作，确保项目高效推进并与产品目标一致。

主要职责：
-协助美国负责人制定项目计划、分配任务并跟踪中国团队的整体进展；
-与产品经理（PM）、供应商及跨部门团队紧密合作，明确产品需求并确保技术落地；
-协调中国Android团队（涵盖音频、视频、Framework、BSP等领域）的日常工作，解决技术瓶颈与协作问题；
-定期向美国管理层汇报项目状态、风险及应对策略；
-优化团队协作流程，提升开发效率与交付质量；
-协助进行技术方案评审、资源规划与团队能力建设。

任职要求：
-本科及以上学历，计算机、通信或相关专业背景；
-10年以上Android系统开发经验，至少3年以上团队管理或跨地域协调经验；
-熟悉Android Framework、BSP驱动开发，具备音频/视频等多媒体模块经验者优先；
-出色的沟通能力，能够高效与海外团队、供应商及非技术部门协作；
-具备较强的项目管理能力，熟悉敏捷开发流程，能同时处理多任务并推动问题解决；
有海外协作或跨国企业工作经验者优先。
