岗位要求：
1、统招大专以上的学历，5年以上Java web开发经验，有政府/金融领域项目开发经验；
2、精通spring、spring boot、spring cloud、Mybatis等框架；
3、精通Redis、kafka、RabbitMQ等中间件技术；
4、熟悉jenkins + docker + k8s持续集成及自动化部署技术
5、熟练使用 IDEA，GitLab，Maven 等常用开发工具；
6、具备良好的沟通及引导能力，对项目实施过程所产生的风险能够提前预测和分析；
7、具备复杂的业务需求梳理能力，较强的文档编制、实施开发和沟通能力。
