岗位职责
1.挖掘并签约潜力电竞主播、游戏达人及开黑内容创作者，建立人才库，提供从内容策划、技能培训到个人IP打造的全程支持。
2.主导策划平台特色内容栏目（如赛事解说、搞笑短剧、教学攻略等），结合热点及用户需求优化内容形式，提升用户粘性和平台活跃度。
3. 对接电竞赛事、直播平台及外部MCN机构，争取流量扶持、活动合作及品牌联动资源，例如平台推荐位、赛事直播权益等。
4. 监控创作者内容表现及用户行为数据，通过数据分析优化运营策略，提升内容曝光率、粉丝转化率及商业变现效率。
5. 定期输出运营报告，为平台功能迭代和用户体验升级提供建议。

任职要求
1. 行业经验：1年以上MCN、直播公会或电竞内容运营经验，熟悉《三角洲行动》《无畏契约》等主流电竞游戏生态。
2. 平台运营能力：熟悉抖音、快手、B站等平台规则及算法逻辑，有成功孵化百万粉账号案例者优先。
3. 数据分析能力：熟练使用数据分析工具（如飞瓜、蝉妈妈），能通过数据驱动决策。
4. 沟通与抗压能力：具备优秀的商务谈判和危机处理能力，适应高强度、快节奏的工作环境。

加分项
• 拥有电竞行业头部KOL/俱乐部资源或大型赛事合作经验。
• 熟悉AI技术（如AIGC内容生成、智能风控系统）在内容运营中的应用。
