一、工作职责
1.配合项目、产品团队开展电力行业业务调研，学习行业业务逻辑与客户实际需求，协助挖掘算法落地场景，配合完成可行性调研与方案初稿编制。
2.在资深算法工程师指导下，参与机器学习、深度学习项目开发，协助完成计算机视觉、传统机器学习相关模型的设计、实验、调优与迭代优化工作。
3.协助开展数据全生命周期管理，按照规范落地数据采集、标注、清洗、特征处理、数据增强等工作，参与标准化数据集搭建。
4.依托回归、聚类、时序分析等基础算法协助开展数据分析，支撑异常识别、数据统计、风险研判等智能化业务落地。
5.配合完成算法效果验证、性能测试，协助跟进模型工程化部署与上线后的日常问题排查。
6.负责阶段性实验文档、技术台账整理，协助撰写项目汇报材料，陪同参与技术对接、项目评审与验收沟通。
7.持续跟进机器学习、计算机视觉前沿技术，结合部门业务方向完成新技术调研、小课题预研，在导师指导下落地优化尝试。
二、任职要求
1.硕士及以上学历，统计学、应用数学、计算机、电子信息、电气自动化等理工科相关专业，应届毕业生可投，无全职工作经验要求。
2.在校夯实机器学习、数理统计、数据挖掘基础理论，课程、毕设或竞赛中接触过结构化 / 非结构化数据处理、建模相关内容。
3.熟悉计算机视觉基础原理，了解图像分类、目标检测、语义分割等常用算法，掌握主流深度学习网络基础原理。
4.熟练使用 Python 编程，至少掌握 PyTorch、TensorFlow 其中一款深度学习框架，有课程项目、课程实验落地经历优先。
5.了解 SQL 基础语法，接触过 Spark/Hadoop 等大数据工具、有图像项目 / 异常检测相关毕设、竞赛、实习经历者优先。
6.数据敏感度良好，逻辑清晰，具备把业务问题拆解为建模思路的思考能力。
具备基础文档撰写、口头沟通能力，可清晰表述自己的实验思路与项目成果。
7.踏实细心、责任心强，擅长团队协作，能够跟随项目节奏加班攻坚，抗压性良好。
8.热爱算法研发，自主学习能力强，乐于跟进新技术，愿意深耕电力行业算法落地。
