5、熟悉架构设计的理论和实践，熟悉领域建模掌握云原生相关技术，如docker、K8S；
6、具备大流量、高并发系统的实战经验，具备系统级优化和调优的能力，能有效识别并解决系统瓶颈；
7、具备良好的系统设计能力和面向对象编程思想，能够独立完成模块的设计和开发；
8、具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力，能够与产品经理、测试人员等协同工作；
9、具备强烈的责任心和自我驱动力，能够主动解决问题和承担压力。
