岗位职责
1. 制定电商核心业务 KPI（如客服响应效率、订单转化等），搭建并维护日报 / 周报 / 月报等标准化报告体系，确保数据准确、输出及时，支撑业务日常监控与复盘。
2. 采集天猫、京东等多电商渠道业务数据，完成数据清洗、校验与整合，同步至数据库底层，保障数据完整性与可用性，为后续分析奠定基础。
3. 梳理电商客服全流程数据（如对话记录、问题分类、满意度等），设计适配的数据库存储架构，实现客服数据规范化留存与高效调取。
4. 搭建运营监控、客服质检专属 BI 看板（如核心指标实时大屏、质检问题分布看板），并根据业务需求持续优化，提升数据可视化效率。
5. 深度分析业务数据，产出专项数据分析报告；结合客服对话等文本数据，输出 VOC（客户声音）分析报告，提炼业务优化方向（如高频问题改进、运营策略调整），直接指导业务落地。

任职要求
1. 统招本科，熟悉Python；具备2年以上电商工作经验，熟悉电商运营全流程（如流量、转化、客服），且深入理解客服工作逻辑（如工单处理、客户问题闭环）。
2. 熟练运用 Python（完成数据清洗、建模分析），且具备 Python 文本分析能力（如使用 NLP 工具处理客服对话，提取关键信息）。
3. 熟练使用 SQL（精通复杂查询、关联分析、窗口函数），能高效提取业务所需数据，熟练使用excel。
4. 具备良好沟通能力、服务意识及抗压能力，可接受轮班安排（保障业务全时段数据支持）。
