一、岗位职责：
人事招聘工作80%
1、负责人员招聘、面试、培训、劳动关系、人员转正与沟通激励，做好与总部人事及时对接，人事档案相关材料存档并传送总部备案等工作；
2、负责公司各项制度流程的执行，积极践行企业文化在子分公司落地；
3、协助经理做好人员的各类培训、监督，对照人员绩效考核做人员沟通激励；
4.对照区域编制表做好人员通讯录、区域信息对应、资料保全等管理工作。
人事行政工作20%
1、对照公司制度做好人员出差的审核与报销管理；
2、负责子分公司考勤、办公用品、礼品、工具、工服等各类物品的申购，定期做好公司固定资产管理；
3、对照公司制度做好人员出差的审核与报销管理，协助企宣做好各类活动的组织与策划；
4、负责子分公司日常行政费用控制；办公场所房租、水电、宿舍、快递、车辆管理等，配合总部做好行政事务的落实提出合理改善意见。
人事其他工作:10%
1、负责做好财务发票、备用金及工资的发放管理并做好台账登记；
2、上级主管交办其他工作事项；
二、岗位要求：
1、学历：大专及以上学历、有人事工作经验或人力资源专业毕业；
2、了解劳动法律法规，能规避基础用工风险；
3、形象好，气质佳，
三、岗位待遇
1、试用期薪资综合：3.5K-4K，（无责3000+招聘提成/1-2个月的试用期），试用期后5K-8K，（无责3500+500绩效+招聘提成可累计）
2、晋升:每三个月会晋升1次也会调薪1次，1年有4次的晋升
晋升方向：人事专员-人事助理-人事主管-人事副经理-人事经理
