技术要求：

1、熟悉Java，基础扎实，熟练掌握常用Java技术框架（serverlet 、springcloud、springmvc、webflux、struts、spring）。

2、熟练使用eclipse、idea开发平台，精通JAVA，微服务开发经验优先。

3、熟练使用avaagent 字节码（javassist 或 bytebuddy 或 asm）相关的探针平台。熟悉apm探针、pinpoint、opentelemetry、skywalking、阿里云arms、zipkin等。

3、熟悉MySQL、SQL Server、Oracle等至少一种数据库，熟悉redis 。

4、熟悉hibernate、mybatis、jdbc等持久层。

5、熟悉消息中间，如nacos、eruka、消息中间件等。

6、掌握基本的linux，会写shell脚本。

7、熟悉 IO、NIO等网络通信。

其他要求：

1、具备良好的沟通表达能力和学习能力，工作积极主动，认真负责。
