岗位职责
1、负责探养征途平台端业务方案设计与开发、测试，确保按时交付以及系统兼容性、流畅性、稳定性；
2、负责探养征途管理端服务逻辑与视图的开发与维护，优化现有系统流程性问题和架构逐步升级，提升系统服务SLA；
3、参与平台的基础运维工作，确保系统的高可用性和稳定性；
4、参与技术难题的攻关，推动技术创新和解决方案的实施。
任职要求
1、精通JAVA基本编程技能及数据库编程技能。
2、熟悉PHP基本编程技能及数据库编程技能优先考虑。
3、熟悉主流的设计模式MVC、Smarty模板技术、Yaf、Yii、ThinkPHP等框架以及php的xml操作、AJAX、Jquery技术、webservice调用等常用技能。
4、熟悉J2EE体系结构和J2EE技术、掌握微服务、DDD驱动编程、云服务化相关知识，并能熟练使用。
5、熟练使用前端相关技术（vue2、vue3、react、交互通信规范等），能独自完成独立模块的视图呈现和交互通信。
6、具有一定的数据分析和数据挖掘能力，可以利用大数据相关技术结合AI做服务呈现的经验（加分）。
7、熟悉linux核心技术如用户管理、权限管理、常用命令、安全配置、PHP/Java环境搭建升级等初期的部署运维工作。
8、掌握云实施相关运维技术（如自动部署、容器化、serverless、k8s）等（加分）。
