该岗位要求：化学/药学专业
1.现场监控
负责每个工序的生产过程、原辅料库、包材库、成品库、化验室和制药用水、压缩空气、空调的现场质量监控工作，保证所辖区域药品生产、检验、储存过程符合法规和GMP要求；
2.取样
负责各生产工序的中间产品、半成品、成品的取样工作；负责制药用水的取样和取样器具的管理；
3.洁净区环境监测
每月按时完成A级洁净区的环境监测工作、每季度的C/D级环境监测（悬浮粒子、浮游菌、沉降菌）、每季度的压缩空气环境监测（悬浮粒子、浮游菌）；
4.不合格品管理
负责生产过程不合品管理的监督和不合格品的销毁监督，负责化验室样品留样到期销毁的监督；
5.批记录审核
负责填写批监控记录，审核生产记录和包装记录；
6.其它
负责起草有关本岗位的SOP及修订相应的记录（检验记录、标准操作规程、仪器操作规程）；参与偏差调查、月生产数据、入库信息及销售数据的记录；
7.其它工作
完成领导安排的其它工作。
