5、熟练使用Maven、Git等项目构建与版本控制工具，熟悉CI/CD流程；
6、具备Linux系统操作能力，能够使用常用命令和Shell脚本进行开发与部署
7、具备良好的逻辑思维、问题解决能力和团队协作精神，对技术有热情，学习能力强。
有以下能力者优先:
a有AI(RAG、Agent)系统应用开发经验者优先;
b有分布式、大型微服务系统开发经验优先;
