工作内容：1、负责系统常见问题、业务咨询、系统授权、系统配置等业务相关问题的解答与处理，并形成常见问题知识库，维护业务知识库；2、记录用户信息，故障情况和咨询的内容，生成故障申告单；3、参照相关产品的文档帮助用户解决故障和解答用户咨询；4、对于无法解决的故障申告单，详细记录故障现象和已经采取的解决办法并及时升级到二线技术支持团队；5、跟踪未解决的故障申告单直至关闭；6、负责收集分析用户需求，并反馈给三线进行开发与验证；7、负责提出系统业务方面的优化建议。任职要求：1、本科及以上学历，1年及以上公文系统和流程系统、门户系统、任务督办系统等相关一线运维经验；偏OA2、熟悉计算机操作和掌握网络基础知识；3、熟悉日常办公软件，如word、Excel等，具备报告编写能力；4、积极主动，善于学习，吃苦耐劳，服务意识好，具有良好的沟通协调能力；5、具备强烈的工作责任感和事业心，能快速上手其他系统一线运维工作。
