岗位职责：
1.负责业务应用系统项目后台业务逻辑实现。
2.参与项目需求分析、功能可行性分析、技术可行性分析工作。
3.协助完成产品架构设计及实现。
4.快速学习并掌握项目中使用的新技术，及时反馈开发中的问题，并根据实际情况提出改进建议或意见。
5.负责在开发过程中相关的技术文档的编写工作。
6.上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，3-5年的实际项目开发经验。
2.精通java 面向对象开发，对设计模式有一定的研究，研究过开源软件源码优先。
3.对springboot mybatis 等流行框架有一定的认识，熟悉spring cloud、alibaba spring cloud各个组件。
4.了解并发，多线程，锁机制。
5.熟悉jvm redis mongodb mq kafka es zookeeper ，有python编码经验优先。
6.有分布式系统设计开发优先，了解分布式事务。
7.熟悉mysql等数据库，对分库分表有一定的应用经验。
