岗位职责
1.与产品团队沟通，了解并分解提出的需求，进行功能设计，并完成代码编写。
2.负责公司产品核心架构设计和选型。
3.参与前后台技术架构设计和选型。
4.根据需要调研新技术。
5.根据需要积极参与公司项目和产品的文档编写及其他工作。
任职要求：
1.具备java后台开发经验，熟悉前后端开发流程。
2.精通java编程、有扎实的java基本功，能够快速解决开发过程遇到的各种问题，设计模式和组件技术、面向对象分析设计能力。
3.熟悉B/S开发模式，有B/S系统架构能力，熟练掌握主流开发框架Spring、Spring boot、Spring Cloud等；
4.熟悉emqx、redis、mysql、docker等技术。
5.熟悉linux操作系统常用命令。
6.熟悉常阿里云服务器，了解Linux系统常用操作命令；
7.思维敏捷，具有发散性，良好的逻辑分析能力及问题解决能力；
8.较强的问题解决问题，能独立完成领导布置的工作；
9.责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力。
10.有中型机器人或智能制造类产品后台开发管理经验者优先。
