4、熟练操作EXCEL 和PPT，及其他办公软件
5、具有高度的责任心，能在压力下独立承担工作，具有良好的团队协作精神，具有很强的学习能力
6、掌握基础财务知识，能看懂成本构成表，理解采购定价的核心要素，1-3 年及以上采购相关工作经验
7、1-3 年及以上采购供应链数字化相关工作经验，具备 1 次及以上采购系统（如 SRM、ERP 采购模块）从 0 到 1 搭建或版本迭代的项目主导 / 核心参与经验
任职要求：
1、根据采购申请单（PR）或需求计划，执行询价、比价、议价流程。
2、准备和发出采购订单（PO），并准确录入采购系统（如ERP）。
3、跟踪订单状态，确保供应商按时、按质、按量交货。
4、处理订单变更、取消及退货事宜。
5、与供应商协商优化采购模式
6、与供应商沟通协调，解决采购过程中出现的问题（如交货延迟等）。
7、管理采购订单文档和记录，确保准确性和完整性。
8、准备付款凭证，与财务部门合作安排付款事宜
9、成本管理，分析，成本模型制定，制定降本方案
10、采购供应链数字化系统规划，配合各部门系统完善及提升
