岗位职责:
1、负责VMware虚拟化平台及新华三超融合平台的日常运维、监控及故障处理。
2、执行日常值守及应急响应机制。
3、负责平台的预防性巡检，编写巡检报告，并提出优化建议。
4、处理虚拟主机的创建、迁移、备份恢复。
5、负责安防系统、电子政务系统及ERP系统相关虚拟机的稳定运行保障。
6、配合重大节假日的重保任务，提供现场技术支持。
7、遇到重大故障时，协调原厂技术力量进行联合攻关。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，计算机、网络工程相关专业。
2、具备3年以上IT基础设施运维经验，有政府或大型国企项目经验
3、精通 VMware vSphere/ESXi 的安装、配置、集群管理及故障排查。
4、熟悉新华三（H3C）CAS虚拟化平台或超融合架构者优先。
5、熟悉服务器硬件（CPU、内存、硬盘、RAID）及网络基础（VLAN、路由）。
6、熟悉 Linux/Windows 操作系统维护。
7、持有 VMware VCP 或 VCAP 证书。
8、具备3年以上IT基础设施运维经验，有政府或大型国企项目经验
9、具备良好的文档编写能力。
10、具备极强的责任心和抗压能力，适应倒班或突发加班。
