岗位职责：
1、项目管理与协调
制定详细的项目计划，跟踪里程碑，识别并管理项目风险，确保项目按时交付；
主持跨部门会议（与研发、质量、供应链、工厂等），确保信息流畅通，行动项有效落实；
2、工厂对接与沟通
作为公司与泰国工厂之间的主要联络人，负责所有与生产交付相关的日常沟通；
向工厂准确传达公司的技术要求和质量标准（如：Gerber,Bom,装配图，测试规格等）；
必要时到工厂现场跟进生产进度，及时协调解决过程中的各项问题；
3、质量与成本控制
与质量团队紧密合作，推动工厂进行根本原因分析并实施纠正措施；
协助进行成本分析，推动工厂进行持续改进以降低成本。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，理工科专业；
2、5年以上工厂项目管理经验，熟悉电子/家电行业工厂流程；
3、出色的沟通、协调和解决问题的能力，能适应快节奏的工作环境；
4、熟悉ISO9001\IATF16969等质量管理体系，有良好的品质意识；
5、有一定的英语能力，能够进行日常技术讨论、邮件沟通；
6、持有PMP或类似项目管理认证者优先。
