核心工作职责要求
• 团队管理：负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估考核，提升团队的专业能力和工作效率。

• 税务管理：负责税务筹划、申报、税款缴纳及年度汇算清缴等工作，确保公司合法合规地履行税务义务。

• 成本管控：降低门店产品损耗、审核门店费用报销、固定资产及低值易耗品管理，并保障各项资产账实相符。

• 财务风控：门店资金安全管控、财务管理制度宣导、资产管理、异常数据监控、及其他需优化改善方案的实施。

• 门店管理：门店前台培训及帐目稽查，根据门店情况进行日常盘点，并核实因定资产。

任职要求：
1、25-35岁，细心严谨，对数字敏感；
2、具备财务、会计、审计等相关专业大专及以上学历，持有初级会计职称；
3、2年以上工作经验，熟悉美容院或服务业财务流程（如收银管理、会员储值等），能独立处理账务、编制报表；
4、熟练使用金蝶/用友等财务软件、Excel高级函数（如VLOOKUP、数据透视表等），熟悉ERP收银系统与财务数据对接。
