任职要求：
1，本科或以上学历，具备5年人力资源工作经验，具备连锁零售行业从业经验者优先考虑；
2,hrbp角色践行优秀，对于业务有极强的洞察力和问题解决能力，能通过组织，文化，人才三大抓手优化业务组织能力；
3，抗压性强，具备较强的人际沟通协调能力，善于思考，有亲和力；
4，能独立解决复杂的人事管理实际问题，善于整合资源，驱动目标达成。
