主要负责出纳工作
负责公司日常现金、银行存款的收付、保管及登记，严格遵守现金管理规定，做到日清月结，确保资金安全与账实相符；
负责日常费用报销审核、单据整理归档，工资发放及相关账务核对，编制现金日记账、银行存款日记账，配合会计完成月度结账、对账及资金报表编制工作：
对接出口业务相关资金往来，负责出口货款（外汇、人民币）的收汇、结汇操作，准确登记出口资金台账，报关单与收汇金额的一致性；配合业务部门完成出口单据（报关单、提单等）的整理、传递，协助办理出口相关银行手续，确保出口资金流转合规、及时。
出口退税全流程事宜，收集、整理出口退税所需单据（报关单、进项发票、出口发票、收汇凭证等），核对单据信息的准确性、完整性，确保单据符合退税政策要求；负责退税相关资料的归档、保管，跟踪退税申报进度，对接税务部门及相关机构，处理退税过程中的简单异常问题，确保退税工作顺利推进。
完成领导交办的其他与出纳、贸易出口、出口退税相关的辅助工作，确保各项工作有序衔接。
任职资格
1.财务、会计等相关专业大专及以上学历
2.具备2年以上出纳工作经验，有贸易出口、出口退税相关实操经验优先
3.熟悉现金管理、外汇管理规定及出口退税政策，能熟练整理退税单据、协助完成退税申报。
4.熟练使用金蝶财务软件及Excel 函数运用
5.具备基本英语读写能力，能处理英文贸易出口单据或邮件
6.持有会计从业资格证，中级会计师职称
7.工作细致、责任心强，具备良好沟通能力和团队协作精神
