2.负责BMS产品原理图、PCB设计及产品优化；
3.负责对应开发产品设计文件制作、BOM制作及下发；
4.负责BMS产品量产的测试要求提出及测试流程规划；
5.完成环境测试、电气性能测试和EMC测试中发现的问题进行分析并制定解决方案；
6.负责在设计开发过程中,持续改进、不断优化产品的可制造性和成本；
7.负责并参与BMS产品试制、生产过程中提供技术支持,问题分析与改善；

任职资格
1.电子、通信、自动化控制或相关专业本科及以上学历,3年以上硬件开发经验,有储能BMS开发经验优先;
2.具备较好的数电,模电知识，有较强的硬件分析调试能力；
3.熟悉产品硬件开发流程,能独立完成产品的硬件设计、样品制作、调试及测试；
4.熟练使用硬件开发过程常用设备工具,示波器、万用表、LCR表、电子负载等仪器；
5.熟悉BMS产品安规及相关国标要求和产品EMC整改优先；
6.能够使用Multisim或TINA进行电路设计仿真；
7.熟练使用Altium Designer软件,有4层板经验,了解PCB及PCBA制作工艺;
8.具有很好的沟通能力,思维敏捷、团队意识和较强的主动性。
