Objective / Project Overview
The team is looking fan Environmental Program Manager who has the ability
responsibility to undertake product Env compliance tasks to support the Environmental
Technologies group in XXX. In this role, you will be responsible fgathering Environmental
data (e.g substances, biocompatibility, packaging, eco design), working with suppliers, internal
teams, 3rd party labs utilizing XXX internal systems to retrieve consolidate these
information. You will be responsible forganizing the gathered the Environmental data
presenting the information when needed.
Requirements
• AS/BS degree in Engineering Science preferred with 3+ years of relevant industry
experience
• Experience with performing product teardown creating detail-oriented SOPs
• Strong troubleshooting debugging skills
• Experience with project management collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Quip) is preferred
• Proactive highly self-motivated; good critical thinking capabilities strong attention to
detail
• Strong communication skills thrives in both collaborative independent work
environments
Time zone
• Primary time zone is China
• The team needs to have few hours overlap with Cupertino
Success Criteria/Definition of Done
Validate materials products with a focus on biocompatibility, packaging, eco-design to
support product development compliance systems.
Partner with internal XXX teams to gather data requirements execute compliance
strategies. Your work requires you to closely partner with Product Environmental Engineers /
Program Manager Subject Matter Experts (SME) to support the relevant initiatives
deliverables.
Ensure environmental regulation compliance across all internal XXX systems product
development processes. Accurateganized data reporting are required to ensure
deliverables are all met on time.
Support root cause investigations by working Environment Compliance product engineers
Lead complex projects with tight timelines, ensuring all environmental readiness milestones are
achieved.
Utilize PLM tools apply deep knowledge of manufacturing principles environmental
impact assessments.
Drive automation SOP creation to enhance routine compliance tasks analysis
processes.
