岗位职责：
1.根据公司发展战略，制定短、中、长期人力资源工作规划并组织实施；
2.建立和完善人力资源管理体系，全面负责招聘、绩效、薪酬、员工关系等模块，并不断提升各模块的专业水准；
3.主导核心岗位的招聘，支持管理层梯队建设及关键岗位（含部分海外岗位）的人才配置与稳定；
4.结合业务需要，持续迭代薪酬福利、绩效评估与激励机制；
5.探索并建立符合国际标准的人力资源管理制度，支持公司海外业务的合规化运营；
6.管理并赋能人力资源团队，不断提升人力资源部门的专业水平；
任职要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先；
2.10年以上HR工作经验，其中3年以上作为HR负责人管理全国性或区域性人力资源团队的经验；
3.熟悉智能制造或医疗器械行业特点，具备海外跨文化团队管理经验为加分项；
4.熟悉HR全模块，具备体系搭建与落地经验，在至少2 个模块具备较突出的专业能力；
5.诚信务实、业务导向、有自驱力、抗压能力、能够解决复杂问题的能力；
6.具备优秀的英语能力者优先。
