岗位要求
1. 技术能力
密码系统：熟悉对称/非对称加密（AES/SM4, RSA/ECC/SM2）、哈希算法（SHA-3/SM3）及密钥管理（PKI, HSM）。
随机数生成：了解真随机数（TRNG）生成原理（如量子熵源、硬件噪声），或伪随机数（PRNG）算法优化（DRBG, NIST SP 800-90A）。
安全协议：掌握TLS/IPSec、国密通信协议（如GM/T 0024-2014）。
2. 研发经验
3年+信息安全产品开发经验，主导过加密模块或随机数发生器项目；
熟练使用C/C++/Python/Verilog，有OpenSSL、Bouncy Castle等密码库开发经验；
参与过FIPS 140-2、CC EAL4+等认证项目者优先。
3. 产品化思维
能将技术参数（如随机数熵值≥0.999）适配客户需求（如金融、区块链场景）；
配合销售完成解决方案设计（技术白皮书、投标文件）、客户技术培训。
4. 综合能力
良好的英文文献阅读能力（如NIST/ISO标准）；
沟通能力强，可协调研发、销售、客户多方需求；
有CISSP/CISP认证或量子密码研究背景者加分。
