3、基于主流量子编程框架实现算法原型，完成量子-经典混合算法开发；
4、参与算法优化及相关中间件的开发；
5、跟踪国际量子计算前沿动态，参与专利申请、技术报告撰写及学术交流活动。
任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，量子信息科学、量子计算、物理学、计算机科学、应用数学或相关专业背景；
2、具备3年以上算法研发或相关行业应用经验；
3、深入理解量子算法核心原理（如VQE、QAOA等），并掌握经典优化算法；
4、精通Python，熟悉至少两种主流量子开发框架（如qpanda、qiskit、perceval等）；
5、熟练掌握PyTorch深度学习框架，具备模型训练与优化实战经验；
6、具备良好的英文文献阅读与写作能力，能独立跟踪Nature、Science、PRX等顶级期刊的前沿进展；
7、拥有较强的创新意识、团队协作精神与抗压能力，善于跨学科沟通。
