岗位要求：
1.针对客户使用公司雷达产品的项目提供全面的支持，包括产品推广，方案选型、系统定义、程序debug修改、系统板调试和验证，直至大批量生产；
2.同雷达系统合作伙伴紧密合作开发基于矽杰雷达前端的系统方案；
3.在产品开发阶段，配合设计团队进行产品的系统验证，从客户及市场各种系统应用场景对器件指标进行分析，并提供产品开发的输入；
4.雷达模块的嵌入式软件开发与调试；
5.负责客户项目的全程跟踪，和市场和销售人员紧密合作调动资源获得客户设计成果取得订单。
职位要求：
1.本科以上学历，电子、计算机、自动化、通信等相关专业；
2.2年以上嵌入式软硬件开发经验，熟悉ARM based MCU及接口协议；
3.掌握RFIC/MMIC应用基础知识，熟悉射频系统指标；
4.熟悉信号源、频谱仪、网络分析仪、示波器等仪器、设备的使
用；
5.良好的客户和团队内沟通技巧；
6.有信号处理经验，尤其是雷达信号处理经验者优先。
