工作职责：
1、按照项目要求，与设计师进行沟通，根据 2D 完稿进行 3D 模型制作，需要能准确还原 IP 形象比例、神态、细节；
2、输出符合生产标准的 3D 文件（STL、OBJ 等），并与工厂/供应商沟通调整，确保模型可量产且符合成本要求
3、根据生产工艺（PVC、ABS、树脂等）及量产要求，进行结构拆分、榫卯设计、壁厚优化、支撑点设计；
4、能在项目中与设计师共同协作，配合完成视觉渲染输出。

任职资格：
1、3年以上玩具、手办设计，数字雕刻经验，对游戏周边产品形态及其开发、生产、宣发、销售有基本认知；
2、熟练使用Zbrush、Maya，freeform，freeform 雕刻笔等相关软件（熟悉使用3D打印设备者优先）；
3、有良好的沟通能力与协作精神，善于思考，独立且有团队合作精神。
