1.负责PCBA产品前期设计方案评审，评估产品可制造性（涉及DFM/DFA）针对PCB设计、元件布局提出工艺改进建议，规避量产风险；
2.负责SMT&DIP生产工艺流程指导与优化，评审工厂工艺方案，确保工艺科学合理，提高产品质量与一致性；
3.主导SMT试产过程各项工作，生产流程分析数据,工艺可行性与优化建议，验证新工艺可行性，为大规模生产提供保障；
4.负责确认SMT/DIP/ICT/FCT等各个工序工装治具设计合理性评审，熟悉钢网开孔规范；
5.负责评审SMT艺路线、SOP、 CP、PFMEA等工艺文件；
6.负责跨部门协调解决产品生产及质量问题，推动制程改善与效率提升；
优先经验和技能：
1.本科及以上学历，电子信息、电器工程类相关专业；
2.熟悉IAFT16949质量体系六大工具、IPC-A-610电子组件可接受标准；
3.熟练使用CAM350、Autocad 、Word、excel和PPT等办公软件；
