岗位职责：
1、参与信贷场景智能体系统的后端架构设计与核心功能开发，基于Python技术栈实现高效、稳定的业务逻辑；
2、负责与行内核心业务系统、风控系统、数据中台等各大系统进行后端接口对接，完成数据交互与服务集成；
3、深入理解AI代码开发模式，参与智能体相关算法服务的工程化落地，优化AI模型与后端系统的协同效率；
4、编写高质量、可维护的Python代码，遵循软件开发规范，进行代码审查与性能调优；
5、配合前端团队完成接口联调，推动项目按时高质量交付。
任职要求：
1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上Python后端开发经验；
2、熟练掌握Django/Flask/FastAPI等主流Web框架，具备微服务架构开发经验；
3、熟悉RESTful API设计，掌握MySQL/PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，了解Redis/MongoDB等缓存与非结构化数据存储；
4、具备AI工程化经验，了解Prompt Engineering、Agent架构、大模型API调用与集成者优先；
5、有银行、金融系统对接经验，熟悉行内系统接口规范与安全要求者优先；
6、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能独立承担模块开发任务。
