1、负责研究单位的筛选，协助/组织召开方案讨论会、启动会、总结会等相关会议并撰写报告；
2、负责临床试验的准备、启动、实施和监查工作，确保临床研究/试验项目在遵循研究方案、GCP和相关法规要求下高效有序地进行；
3、负责试验文件妥善保管、归档以及试验用品的正确保管，发放和使用研究用药品、器械和其它相关物品；
4、依据方案、SOP要求，在计划时间内完成研究中心的相关工作（如伦理会审查、中心启动、监查、中心关闭等）并撰写相关报告，负责跟踪控制进度，确保试验质量；
5、负责培训研究者和CRC，使其详细知悉方案规定和操作要求，并在方案修改时进行再培训，监查GCP规范情况，保证研究者的临床观察和文件保存符合GCP要求；
6、协助研究者及时解决试验中出现的问题；
7、发现研究过程中的问题，并及时向直属上级汇报相关情况。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，药学、临床医学、护理学等其他相关专业；
2、在制药企业、CRO公司有2年以上注册类药物临床试验工作经验；
3、熟练运用各类办公软件；
4、了解临床试验的流程及相关技术要求；
5、具有良好的沟通表达能力，善于与临床专家建立合作关系；
6、能够适应出差。
