岗位职责：
1、专业并生动地进行JAVA/大数据/python课程讲授，做好现场把控，高质量完成授课任务并不断完善培训课程；
2、根据学生及市场需要，高质量完成公开课、讲座、网络直播课等授课任务并取得预期效果；
3、完成相关的教学资料（实训大纲、教学PPT、教学用书、教学案例等）的研发工作；
4、跟进培训效果反馈；分析总结培训工作，提出课程完善合理化建议；
5、根据经营战略需求，优化课程、改进教学方法，完善教学体系；
6、配合其它部门和公司完成相关工作。

任职要求：
1、计算机/通信/电子信息等相关专业，本科及以上学历；研究生优先。
2、掌握各种环境搭建，具备较强的技术基础；有HCIE、HCIP证书优先。
3、具备一定课程研发能力，良好的演讲能力，文字和语言表达能力；
4、熟练应用PPT制作教案，熟练使用现在培训工具，办公软件；
5、积极主动，有责任心，善于学习；
6、可接受短期出差。
