3、熟悉消息中间件及缓存技术（Redis,RabbitMQ,Kafka等)
4、熟悉Unix/Linux操作系统,能熟练使用常用的命令，熟悉k8s生态优先
5、熟悉Mysql等主流数据库、相关技术及工具
6、了解分布式应用系统设计或应用经验者优先
7、有大型流程管理系统设计开发经验者优先
8、善于思考，主动积极，沟通能力强，有良好的团队精神，能够承担压力
