岗位职责：
1、负责本区域内智慧农业领域用户的开发与维护；
2、负责与客户商务事宜的沟通，跟进潜在项目；
3、负责合同签订，现场协调，回款等事宜；
4、负责智慧农业*新技术集成化创新应用的客户推广；
5、负责团队的培训，协助总经理制定公司的销售策略及政策，达成业绩目标。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，计算机、物联网等相关专业优先考虑，同行从业经历可放宽；
2、熟悉关于农业信息化建设相关政策、标准规范和建设需求，包含不限于：智能农机、精准种植（养殖）、三农管理平台、农业产业园建设等；
3、了解现代农业产业园区信息化现状、评级等对应信息化建设需求及招采流程；
4、具有农业领域工作的相关经验，从事过类似农业物联网相关工作者优先；
5、具有一定的政府人脉资源，能够快速切入到农业领域客户资源者优先；
6、具有良好的主观能动性和执行力，能够主动开发区域内客户，同时能够不折不扣的执行公司决策及指派的客户拜访任务；
7、具备智慧农业项目基本技术支撑能力，包括客户需求沟通、需求分析、售前方案编写、方案宣讲、技术交流、可行性分析、项目招投标等能力者优先；
8、学习能力强，有激情，勇于接受挑战，善于开拓创新。能适应西南西北大区短期出差，有驾照优先。
硬性要求（满足一点即可）：
1、曾从业智慧农业、农业灌溉销售等相关领域。对于自动化农业种植了解有1年以上经验；
2、在物联网智能设备或物联网平台等领域从业2年以上；
有政府,文旅,智慧农业资源优先考虑
