（一）基础要求

（二）专业技术能力
（1）熟练掌握主流开发框架：Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus，熟悉微服务架构、服务注册发现、网关。
（2）熟练使用 MySQL、Oracle 数据库，精通复杂 SQL 编写、索引优化、慢查询治理、分库分表基础方案；熟悉 Redis 缓存、RabbitMQ 消息队列等常用中间件。
（3）熟练使用多线程做并发开发和业务异步化开发
（4）熟悉 Linux 服务器能够独立完成服务部署、日志排查、服务启停；了解 Docker 和K8s等容器化基础操作部署。
（5）熟练使用华为云或阿里云平台基础服务。
（6）具备良好的编码规范、问题排查能力、执行力，能适配国网项目规范化、流程化开发模式。
