工作职责：
1、建立、完善、更新及维护SOP管理；
2、临床试验项目负责人，管理项目团队、制定工作计划、控制进度和预算、确保项目质量；
3、负责研究中心筛选与评估、试验准备、立项、伦理、人遗办、启动、入组促进、质量控制、数据清理、关闭中心等各环节的进度把控；
4、负责研究中心的沟通维护及试验机构的研究者、数统、公司内部及项目组的沟通与协调；
5、负责试验资金、物资、设备及药品的预算与调配，收集相关文件；
6、其他上级安排的工作。
任职要求：
1、医学、药学、护理等相关专业本科及以上统招学历；
2、要求2年及以上临床项目管理经验，有血液制品、阿尔兹海默症等项目管理经验者优先；
3、熟悉项目从启动到结束的流程，至少负责过2个完整的项目，有预算管理、项目人员管理及供应商管理经验；
4、熟悉药物临床试验、GCP、现场核查等相关法规要求；
5、工作积极主动、认真负责，并坚持原则；良好的人际沟通协调能力、高度的责任心和团队合作精神。
