岗位职责：
1. 负责海外代理的寻源开发，完成代理引入、合作谈判及合同签订，建立并维护良好的代理关系。
2. 响应产品研发、项目、运营等部门的询价需求，及时完成询比价工作，提供有竞争力的服务价格，促进订单成交。
3. 建立并管理代理台账，做好电子版合同归档，定期审核代理转入/准出条件并向上级汇报。
4. 当现有资源无法满足询价时，主动开发新代理以获得价格支持，确保业务顺利推进。
5. 整理与维护价格表，按要求在 NBS 系统中更新和维护价格信息。
6. 跟踪市场动态，及时了解代理的优势产品与行业变化，推动老产品的迭代与价格优化。
7. 负责部分采购订单的执行与跟进，必要时出差处理代理关系维护与现场协调。
8. 完成上级交办的其他日常事务。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、俄语、英语或公司所需其他小语种相关专业
2、英语水平达到欧盟语言共同参考框架（CEFR）C 级及以上（C1/C2），能够作为工作语言进行流利的商务沟通与谈判（需持有相应等级证书或证明）
3、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备优秀的沟通与谈判能力
4、情商高、性格外向，善于在跨文化环境中建立信任与合作
5、应变能力强，能在谈判、询价或突发事件中快速反应、灵活调整
6、具备主动解决问题的思维和行为，不等不靠，习惯预判问题并积极推动解决
7、细心严谨、责任心强，抗压能力强，服务意识突出，并有严格的保密意识。
8、有物流/货运代理行业经验者优先；熟悉运输合同条款及采购流程者优先。
