工作职责:
Responsibilities
61 According to the companys compliance rules of settlement reconciliation process, to complete HCP checking relative work with cooperative partners timely accurately;
61 In the process of Speaker fee, real-time check rationality of the amount, effective control of risk, discover report compliance risk;
61 Cross-functional collaboration within Service team with stakeholders, Compliance, Finance so on to perform service operation jobs;
61 Submit timely reports as requested;
61 Contribute advices suggestions to continuous optimization of service processes to improve vendsatisfaction operation efficiency;
61 Other service operation jobs as assigned when necessary.
职责
61 根据公司结算和对账流程的合规规则，及时准确地完成与合作伙伴相关的HCP核查工作；
61 在演讲嘉宾费用流程中，实时核查金额合理性，有效控制风险，发现并报告合规风险；
61 在服务团队内部及与相关方（如合规、财务等）跨部门协作，完成服务操作工作；
61 按要求及时提交报告；
61 为持续优化服务流程提出建议和意见，以提高供应商满意度和运营效率；
61 必要时完成其他分配的服务运营工作。
任职资格:
Education:
61 Bachelor’s degree;
61 Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics preferred.
61 Pharmaceuticals company background is preferred
Experiences:
61 Majin bill check with more than 1 year relevant experience. Purchasing, financial Compliance related experience is a plus;
61 Good communication skills team work attitude;
61 Fluency in standard software including Word, Excel etc;
61 Good commof read written English;
61 Strong problem solving, communication skills;
61 Detailiented be able to work under pressure meet deadlines.

学历：
61 本科学历；
61 优先考虑金融、工商管理或经济学学位；
61 有制药公司背景者优先。
经验：
61 主要负责账单审核，具有一年以上相关经验；具备采购、财务及合规相关经验者优先；
61 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
61 熟练使用包括Word、Excel在内的常用软件；
61 良好的英语读写能力；
61 较强的问题解决能力和沟通能力；
61 注重细节，能够在压力下工作并按时完成任务。
